Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Destinations & Carrier Partners

pocketsockbox manages physical fulfillment and shipment services exclusively for customers located within authorized delivery destinations across Europe (including European Union member states and the United Kingdom) and the United States.

To maintain efficient logistics standards, all physical dispatches are routed through established international express carriers, including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority services.

2. Dispatch Origin & Facility Location

  • Dispatch Origin Address: Logistics Distribution Centre, Frankfurt am Main, Germany
  • Service Regions: European Union, United Kingdom, United States
  • Customer Support Contact: organizer@pocketsockbox.com

3. Processing Times & Transit Duration

  • Order Fulfillment & Processing: Standard order verification, handling, and administrative packing require 1 to 2 working days prior to carrier handover.
  • Estimated Transit Duration: Active transit across designated delivery zones in Europe and the United States typically requires 5 to 12 working days following formal carrier pickup.

4. Automated Shipment Tracking Protocol

To ensure complete operational transparency throughout the transport sequence, our logistics system automatically issues status notifications to the contact email address provided at checkout during key operational milestones:

  1. Dispatch Confirmation: Notification issued upon package departure from our logistics facility, containing the official carrier tracking code.
  2. Carrier Transit Hub Reception: Status update triggered upon primary sorting and processing at the designated international transit hub.
  3. Out for Local Delivery: Final arrival notification transmitted when the shipment enters local destination carrier routing.

5. Overdue Transit Inquiry Protocol

In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery window of 12 working days, our support team immediately initiates a formal trace inquiry with the designated carrier partner.

Following administrative verification of carrier inquiry results, an appropriate resolution—either a complete order refund or a priority replacement dispatch—will be arranged without unreasonable delay.

6. Statutory Transfer of Risk

In strict compliance with European Consumer Rights Directives and applicable international consumer protection standards, the risk of physical loss or damage to items transfers to the customer only upon physical delivery of the parcel to the specified delivery address or handover to an authorized recipient. Risk does not transfer upon initial dispatch or handover to carrier custody.

7. Address Accuracy & Operational Inquiries

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery addresses at checkout. For inquiries regarding shipping status or delivery updates, please contact customer support at organizer@pocketsockbox.com.
